Our core business is the punching and sharpening of thermoplastics for the shoe and lifestyle industry and orthopedics.

We currently manufacture dimensionally accurate small parts, mainly required for shoe production, on five cart beam punches, two swivel arm punches and a CAD-controlled cutting table according to customer specifications. If required, we can thin or sharpen the edges of the punched parts accordingly on 10 "Fortuna" bell knife sharpening machines.

The materials needed for production can be purchased directly from Rhenoflex from our warehouse. 

A huge portfolio of more than 500 materials is thus available to us and ensures our permanent ability to deliver.
